    10 one arm KB swings (5/arm, alternate each rep midair if coordinated enough, otherwise just 5 left then 5 right) (53/35)

    8 KB Goblet Squats (53/35)

    6 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

    Finish with a KB farmer carry to the wall and back (one per hand, same weight)

    Time stops when you walk in the door from your farmer walk.
