Making a commitment to your personal fitness

In order to join CrossFit714 you will be required to sign up for a three-month commitment.  This is a personal commitment to you and to us.  You must sing up for a series of five fundamental training sessions.  In these five classes we will teach you the nine fundamental movements of CrossFit. By the time you are finished, you will be ready to join our group classes.  The Fundamentals training provides new clients with a solid footing in the movements and upon completion allows them to transition into the group classes. Each session includes a warm-up, skill instruction/review, workout, and stretching/cool down. The Fundamentals classes are a mandatory pre-requisite for general membership at our gym unless you have previous CrossFit experience (evaluated on a case-by-case basis). See the below schedule for a list of days and times we conduct Fundamental classes.

After completion of the Fundamentals Classes, you will be allowed access to our group classes.  Upon completion of your three-month commitment, you can choose from one of several membership options that give you access to all our group classes.
