		<description>My thoughts are that it&#039;s hard to have too much of it, lol. Shoulder, hip, and thoracic spine mobility all have to be dialed in if you want to have an efficient and powerful snatch. You need good internal rotation (to keep the bar close during the pull), external rotation (to lock the bar into position overhead), scapular mobility (to avoid any sticking points during the pull), and enough general shoulder and pectoral flexibility to comfortably overhead-squat the weight.</description>
