    Lunge 50′ with barbell on back. Walk 50′ back.

    After rounds 3, 7, 9 complete 7 TGU (seven is the number of completion).

    At no point does the barbell touch the ground until rounds 3, 7, 9.

    The WOD represents 14 stations of the Cross with the three times Jesus fell to the ground.
